9am - 12pm Children's breakfast followed by outside activities
9 - 11.30am Adults' yoga with Sarah (Tues and Wed) and Dr Rajlaxmi (Thurs) followed by adults’ breakfast (Long Room)
12 - 4pm FREE TIME (parents and children together)
4pm Tea and children's snack in canteen
4.15 - 6.30pm Children's crafts/outdoor games
4.15- 6.15pm Adults' yoga with Dr Rajlaxmi (NB 4.30 - 6pm with Annie on Tuesday) (Long Room)
5.45 - 6.45pm Teen/Young Adult yoga with Sarah/Mihir (gym)
6.30pm Supper in canteen
7.30pm Storytelling

8 - 9am Children's yoga (Long Room)
9am - 12pm Children's breakfast followed by outside activities and lunch
9 - 12pm Adults' yoga with Dr Rajlaxmi (gym)
12pm Light lunch
12 - 5pm FREE TIME (parents and children together)
5pm Yoga class choice:
a class for adults and children together with Annie (gym)

pranayama with Sarah (adults only - Long Room)

6pm Teens/Young Adults with Mihir (gym)
6.30pm Supper in canteen
7.30pm Storytelling and Indian dance

9 - 10am Teen/YA yoga with Mihir (gym)
9am - 1pm Children's breakfast followed by outside activities and lunch
10.30 - 1pm Adults' yoga with Sushama (gym)
1 - 3pm Light Lunch for everyone (parents and children together)
3 - 5pm Adults' yoga with Sushama (gym)
3 - 5pm Children's crafts/outdoor games
5.30pm Supper in canteen
7pm Storytelling and Indian dance

9.30am All to watch demonstration (gym)
10 - 12.30pm Adults' yoga with Sushama (gym)
12.30 - 2pm light lunch (parents and children together
2 - 3.30pm Adults' yoga with Sushama (gym)
2 - 3.30pm Children's outdoor games
3.30pm late lunch followed by tea and cake and farewells
