Adults 

  • 2 yoga classes each day, one in the morning, one in the evening – around 4 hours total

  • Breakfast after the morning class, tea/coffee for much of the day (NB canteen with urn is closed when unattended 12.30 – 4.30 so bring a flask to have water for hot drinks during this period). Supper after the evening class

  • Storytelling and Indian classical dance offerings

  • Workshops with guest teachers including Devki Desai and Sushama Chitale.

Children aged 6 and above

  • Morning yoga class 

  • A morning of outdoor games or forest activities 

  • Early evening craft session or other activities

  • Breakfast, afternoon snack and supper

  • Storytelling

Free admission for children aged 5 and under but parental supervision required at all times
